Keeping Clubs Active

Keeping Clubs Active developed at the start of Covid in 2020 as a way for clubs to discuss their shared interests, goals, concerns and solutions, and continues to grow as a means of sharing information among clubs. Keeping Clubs Active (KCA) will be meeting with the following schedule August, September, and October and again in March, April, and May of the following year. The meeting takes place on the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM Eastern Time with socializing from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM, the recorded meeting starts at 7:30 PM. The meeting is attended by the club representative, president, and other club leaders. The online meeting information is sent out to members one week in advance, with a reminder sent closer to the date of the meeting.
